The purpose of present study thirty students were selected randomly of SGGS Khalsa College, Mahilpur, studying in BPEd. The age of the subjects’ ranged from 17 to 21 years. The subjects were divided into two groups. Group ‘A’ was assigned to imagination training whereas group ‘B’ worked as a control group.
It is observed from the findings that there is significant difference between the mental training plus physical training and physical training alone.
On the basis of mental training with physical training and physical training alone was found significant at .05 level of confidence. As the calculated ‘t’ value i.e., 44.4 which is greater than tabulated ‘t’ value i.e., 2.048 at 28 degrees of freedom
