A Comparative Study of Self Confidence between Indoor Game and Out Door Game Players

Abstract

 The present study was planned to compare the self-confidence of university players. To conduct the study, 50 Indoor Game players (Ave. age 22.42 years) and 50 Out Door players (22.68 years) who represented their Universities in inter university competitions were selected as sample. The selection of sample was mainly from Universities East-Zone tournament. To assess self-confidence, self-confidence inventory prepared by Pandey (1983) was administered. Results indicate that there is no significant has been found between Indoor and Outdoor player’s on psychological aspect of self-confidence. (t=1.45 at 0.05 level of significant)
