The teacher is the pivot on whom the entire educational system reviles. Teachers must be reflective practitioners who should be aware of their own moral values. There is a growing awareness of the need based education, industry, business politics etc. value based education particularly is the best guarantee of ensuring and establishing. The purpose of the study was to understand the difference of art and science stream teachers in relation to their values. We found that Religious values, Social values, Aesthetic values, Economic values, Hedonistic values, are same in both streams teachers and Democratic, Knowledge, Power, and Democratic values of arts and science stream teachers are differ to each other.
