Comparative Study on Motor Fitness among Sports Players Of Gulbarga University

Abstract
The present study was based on the comparative of Motor fitness of sports players of Gulbarga university. The investigator wanted to reveal the significant difference of Motor fitness among sports players due to difference in their age, the major objectives of the study- to find out the level of Motor fitness components like speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, and strength all five components were compared with senior and junior sports players, to find out the influence of age factor on the motor fitness among sports players of Gulbarga university, the study hypotheses – there
would be the significant difference in motor fitness among sports players due to differ in age group, the present study consist of fifty senior players and fifty junior players were the sample of the research study. The investigator was visited
stadiums, and sports grounds and met many players the selected players taken as sample of the study and made two groups an the basis of age factor 18 to 21 junior group, 22 to 25 senior group of sports players than given them instruction on the research study and took the Motor fitness tests to both sample groups of the study, the collected data was scrutinized and calculated through statistical techniques like, mean, SD, t-test, to results were showing the significance difference among the senior and junior players in their Motor fitness.
