Abstract
This experimental research aimed to investigate the impact of circuit training on cardiovascular endurance and agility in district-level male football players aged 15-17. The participants were divided into two groups: the control group, which did not undergo any training, and the experimental group, which followed a 6-week circuit training program. The cardiovascular endurance was measured using the 12-minute Cooper test, and agility was assessed using the Illinois Test. The results showed that the experimental group exhibited significant improvements in both cardiovascular endurance and agility compared to the control group. The statistical analysis confirmed the effectiveness of circuit training in enhancing these physical fitness components. The study concludes that implementing circuit training can positively influence the cardiovascular endurance and agility of young male football players, contributing to improved performance on the field.
