Abstract
The present study aims to find the impact of circuit training on selected physical fitness components. The study evaluates the impact of circuit training on, agility & explosive leg strength of Kho-Kho players. In sports like Kho-Kho, which demand high levels of, agility & explosive strength. optimal physical fitness is essential. The goal of the current study was to determine the impact of circuit training on selected physical fitness components in Kho-Kho players. For this purpose, 150 physically active male Kho-Kho players aged between 20 and 25 years from Nashik district were selected as subjects. The experimental group underwent 12 weeks of circuit training conducted by the researcher, who also administered pre- and post-tests before and after the training period. Training was conducted five days a week over the twelve-week duration. The collected data was analysed using a t-test at a 0.05 significance level. The results revealed that circuit training had a significant positive effect on the physical fitness levels of the Kho-Kho players. And improves agility & explosive leg strength of Kho-Kho players significantly.
